All in-plant audits / surveys include the following steps:

  • Give us a call…initial chat to review what we both do and if there is a fit and need.
  • Further second discussion (typically on the phone or by webinar) to determine the customers’ needs and scope. Determine which audit do you want or need. Go ahead is given.
  • A primary plant “go-to” person is determined to be the auditors’ main contact. Then once the customer’s goal is determined the appropriate service/audit is chosen.
  • On Site Pre-Audit meeting, introductions and goal review. Plant rules, pictures, etc.
  • Completing the audit, any shift, or day of the week, determined in the scope.
  • Post-Audit Meeting with brief audit findings review if approved to be discussed by the plant go-to person.
  • Audit report is generated. Generally only one copy is generated for the plant's go-to person. The plant go-to person decides/approves who sees the report or distributes it.
  • Can review the report in person or in a Webinar, etc.
  • Determine corrective actions, answer questions, etc.
  • End of service – OR – next steps determined by the plant. Implementation, monitoring etc.​​
