All in-plant audits / surveys include the following steps:

  • Just give us a call…initial chat to review what we both do and if there is a fit and need.
    • Then a second discussion (typically on the phone or by webinar) to determine the  customer's needs and scope. Determine which audit you want or need.
  • A primary plant “go-to” person is chosen to be the auditors’ main contact.
  • On Site Pre-Audit meeting, introductions and goal review. Plant rules, pictures, etc.
  • Completing the audit, any shift, or day of the week, determined in the scope.
  • Post-Audit Meeting
  • Audit report is generated.
  • Can review the report in person or in a Webinar, etc.
  • Determine corrective actions, answer questions, etc.
  • End of service – OR – next steps determined by the plant. Implementation, monitoring etc.​​
